We used the sweet william shower curtain in a newly refurbished bathroom. Painted the room green (including ceiling) so wanted to brighten it up. This shower curtain does that, while lending a floral look while still being modern & chic. Quality is great, it's a heavy canvas type fabric and doesn't seem to billow at all.
